This Privacy Policy describes how Geno Brown ("Vetty," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use Vetty, including our website, applications, and the AI assistant known as "Ash" (together, the "Service"). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

II. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

III. AI Processing

To generate Ash's responses, your messages and relevant pet information are sent to and processed by our third-party AI provider, Anthropic, which provides the underlying AI models. Anthropic processes this information as our service provider in order to return responses to you.

We do not use your conversations or pet information to train AI models, and our AI provider does not use this information to train its models under the terms that govern our use of its services. We do not sell your information.

IV. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your direction or consent. When you ask us to share information, or otherwise with your consent.
